Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for ensuring stable operation and measurement accuracy of the industrial 3D camera hardware. It not only extends equipment lifespan but also helps identify and prevent potential issues, reducing failure rates and ensuring continuous stable operation of the production line. Please strictly follow maintenance procedures and maintain relevant records.
Daily Inspection
-
Check power supply status, regularly inspect power cable connector contact, ensure stable power voltage output meeting power supply specifications. Consider using UPS for power backup to prevent unexpected power outages.
-
Check network connection stability, ensure network transmission rate meets requirements.
-
Monitor working environment temperature and humidity, ensure good ventilation for proper camera cooling.
-
Inspect camera housing integrity, ensure no damage, deformation, or corrosion, avoid potential scraping or collision risks with environmental objects.
-
Check camera mounting and adapter tightness, ensure no deformation, looseness, or wobbling.
-
Check cable connector stress, ensure proper cable routing without excessive bending, no aging or cracking of outer sheath.
Regular Cleaning
Regularly clean the camera to ensure lens cleanliness, free from obvious dust and stains. Use a clean soft cloth to clean the camera body, and a clean soft lint-free cloth with lens cleaner or glass cleaner to clean the camera lens, avoiding lens scratches.
Precautions
-
Power must be disconnected before maintenance to prevent laser radiation exposure.
-
Do not use alcohol or other corrosive cleaning agents.
Storage and Transportation
-
Use original packaging or professional shock-proof case for storage and transportation.
-
Ensure storage environment temperature and humidity meet standards.
-
Avoid severe vibration and impact, keep away from strong magnetic fields.
-
Maintain correct orientation, avoid direct exposure to strong light sources like sunlight.
-
Perform thorough cleaning before long-term storage, conduct regular power-on checks (every 3 months).
Fault Prevention and Repair
Fault Prevention
-
Establish equipment maintenance records, document all maintenance operations and abnormal conditions.
