Camera Network Status Light Abnormalities

Issue Phenomenon

  • The network status indicator of the D-L/S-M Air/X series cameras is not lit, or shows a color other than green.

  • The Laser L camera logo light is blue, red, or yellow.

Possible Causes

  • The camera network cable is not connected to the LAN port of the router.

  • The network cable is damaged.

Solution

  1. Check if the camera network cable is connected to the LAN port of the router.

  2. Check the network cable.
