Release Notes

ATOM1.2.1 Release Notes

New Features

ATOM1.2.1 adds the following features:

  • Added the repeat run function, which allows you to repeat the algorithm graph within a specified time, and print the running time and average time of each algorithm graph in the log.

  • The parameter group name in the parameter mapping table supports renaming.

  • Double-click the canvas to cancel the operator multiple selection.

  • Added the "Return the pose of the gripper point" and "Return the pose of the gripper point" options to the drop-down list of the return data type parameter of the gripper point to gripper pose operator.

  • Added the interface for obtaining output mapping (currently for dynamic material frames), and checked whether the mapping name exists in the GetBindedOutputValue interface.

Function Optimization

ATOM1.2.1 optimizes the following features:

  • When the ROI operator is used as an output item, the draggable arrow and fine-tuning panel are not displayed.

  • The "Use Clustering Pose" parameter is enabled by default for the 3D Precision Match and 3D Precision Match (Unable to Direct) operators.

  • The operator for adjusting the gripper pose is rotated first and then translated based on its own coordinate system, and the input pose is not retained.

  • The Generate Grab Points (Parameter Generation) operator only outputs the gripper points of the input gripper pose when all discrete parameters are 0.

  • De-distortion is added to "read_epic_raw" in the "Local Read" and "Read EpicPro File" operators of the "EpicPro Input" operator.

  • The EpicPro Output operator adds enableEmptyCheck to instanceList to avoid the operator being in a warning state (yellow) when the output is empty.

  • Update the default value of the minimum number of points in the Cluster operator to 10 to reduce the number of results obtained to avoid slow front-end refresh.

  • Check the file type to avoid file setting errors.

  • Add the enable_empty_check attribute to each output port, which defaults to False.

  • Get the requested address in SetSharedParams/SetRunParams interface instead of getting it directly from the file path.

  • Check if scaleRatio/translates is empty to avoid errors in saving thumbnails when creating new images.

Problem fixes

ATOM1.2.1 Fixed the following issues:

  • The frontend and backend are on different hosts, and logs are not printed.

  • The first copy and paste of ROI operator fails.

  • In clustering operator, when the sorting switch is not turned on, the number of point clouds in the log is wrong.

ATOM1.2.0 Release Notes

ATOM1.2.0 has not only made significant optimizations in terms of interactive usability, but also significantly improved the speed of operator operations and shortened the running time. This update mainly includes:

  • New operator style: Function buttons and content display optimization, greatly improving operation efficiency.

  • Support for batch operation of algorithm graphs and operators: Simplified the processing flow of complex tasks.

  • More convenient canvas search function: Quickly locate and operate the required operators and components.

  • Redesigned parameter components: Front-end visualization parameter adjustment is more intuitive and efficient.

  • CPU, GPU acceleration: Optimized key operators such as clustering, point cloud computing and deep learning, and improved computing performance and response speed.

The update of ATOM1.2.0 will bring users a smoother and more efficient work experience, helping users achieve better results in complex data processing and deep learning tasks. Welcome to use ATOM1.2.0!
