How to Restart the Software or Camera

When the software or camera experiences performance issues such as lagging or slow response, you can try restarting the software or camera.

  • Restart Software:

    1. Click More Functions  Restart Configuration  Restart Software in the toolbar.

    2. In the pop-up window, click OK.

  • Restart Camera:

    1. Click More Functions  Restart Configuration  Restart Camera in the toolbar.

    2. In the pop-up window, click OK.
